Is it just me or does the wallpaper dont move isnt it suppose to move?

Dont get this app its a total ripoff the wallpapers dont really move I would save some time and dont get this app

Ok, you have to admit there cool. But, its not moving. Wish I had read the reviews before it started to take up my storage space. Maybe its not compatible with my phone?

The app is call moving wallpapers and the wallpapers dont ever move. When I got this app I was happy because I would have a moving wallpaper,then I realized that when I looked at the wallpapers THEY DONT MOVE!!!

Why would they even make this game it is only about lies and no moving stuff they all of us thought that was real. STILL BORING
